Custom work is billed separately from your monthly plan — typically a one-off project fee. It never starts without a quote you've approved.

Do you help me set it up?
You can be live on your own in an afternoon — the dashboard walks you through your branding, the surfaces you sell and your colors, then hands you one snippet to paste on your site. If you’d rather have it done with you, we run a guided program where we set it up alongside you and help you get your first leads through it. Book a call and we’ll talk it through.
What does the monthly cover?
Hosting, the 3D/AR engine, ongoing updates, and support — plus your dedicated concierge on Growth and up. It’s what keeps your designer running and improving.
Can you integrate with my systems, or build custom hoops, tiles or features?
Yes. Your monthly plan covers the standard platform; anything bespoke is a one-off add-on — data and CRM/accounting/job-software integration, custom hoops and accessories, your own tile designs, portal or third-party integration, or any custom feature. Tell us what you need and we’ll scope it and quote it before any work starts.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Turn features like online checkout or live pricing on and off without touching code.
I only want leads, not online sales. Is that fine?
Absolutely. On any plan you can hide prices entirely and just collect quote requests — every customer arrives with their exact design attached.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Monthly plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly at 10× the monthly rate — that’s 2 months free. They’re a 12-month commitment, with no mid-term cancellation or refund. Either way, you get a working, revenue-generating designer.
